juya9 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the juya9 platform — whether through the website at juya9.wine or through the juya9 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and juya9. They apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, making deposits in PKR, playing games and requesting withdrawals. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02. Eligibility

To register and use a juya9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. juya9 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a real person using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not already have an existing juya9 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

03. Account Registration

When you register a juya9 account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your name, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep this information current and to update it if anything changes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone else. juya9 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each person may hold only one active juya9 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• juya9 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary.

Accounts that are found to have been registered with false details, or that belong to the same individual as another active account, may be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance held in such accounts may be subject to review before any withdrawal is processed.

04. Deposits and Payments

juya9 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances and transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions applied to player accounts.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet and USSD
• Raast instant payment transfers
• Bank transfers from major Pakistan banks
• Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. juya9 reserves the right to update these limits at any time. Deposits are typically credited to your juya9 balance promptly after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits usually reflect within a few minutes.

All deposits must come from payment accounts or cards that belong to you. juya9 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the platform reserves the right to hold or return the funds pending further review.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. juya9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals are made in PKR to your verified Pakistan payment account.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• juya9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements described in Section 06.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be informed of the reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a discrepancy between the payment method used for deposit and the withdrawal destination.

06. Bonuses and Promotions

juya9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms including eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money deposits and typically carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted.
• juya9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time, particularly if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in account closure.

07. Gameplay Rules

juya9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only and is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and session time limits before playing.
• If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you should take a break or contact support to discuss self-exclusion options.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed as quickly as possible. A self-excluded player may not open a new account during their exclusion period.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juya9 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or gain any advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or juya9 staff members.
• Attempting to circumvent any restriction or limit placed on your account.

10. Account Termination

juya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is suspected. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be withheld pending a full review.

You may also choose to close your own juya9 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, ensure any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are resolved and any real money balance is withdrawn. juya9 will process your remaining real money balance to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to standard verification checks.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. juya9 will attempt to notify the account holder before any action is taken on a dormant account.
• If juya9 terminates your account for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a business decision to cease operations in a particular market — your real money balance will be returned to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

juya9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. While the team works to maintain consistent uptime across Pakistan networks, temporary outages or maintenance periods may occur.

• juya9 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• juya9 is not responsible for network connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions common on Pakistan networks.
• juya9 does not guarantee any specific outcome from game play. All games are games of chance and outcomes are not influenced by the platform.
• The total liability of juya9 to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits juya9's liability for matters that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct on the part of juya9.

12. Privacy

juya9 collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes information provided during registration, payment details for processing PKR transactions, and activity data related to your use of the platform.

juya9 does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as required to process your transactions, and with identity verification services where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms
